At Perfume Palace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund, provided that you comply with the following conditions:
1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.
2. The item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition in which you received them.
3. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item(s) arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
